Hey Wildman what props are you running on your 21ft BR with 200??
I see they are running into the 70's on your site...

I am running 1991 Johnson 200 GT, 5.5" CMC 14.5x22 Raker
I realize my motor is old but it can still hit 6200...My best speed is 64 then I ran out of gas..LOL 60 most of the time,62 every once and a while..

I only ran that 21BR once with the 200 Opti. I usually run Trophys. You'll laugh if I tell you what prop I ran the 72.4 with on that boat! It was a 25" $250 Michigan Raptor prop! It gets on plane in 50ft, and hauls the mail.
It's a 2008, and for sale for $36,500

i guess that would be a good prop to try for speed,,50ft to plain means i can not pull ski or a boat load of people..mine takes about 10 to 20ft to plain..50ft,i guess you are putting strain on the motor..

When I said 50ft, I mean't I've never had a boat plane that fast. I did'nt get out and measure it. I doubt any boat planes in 10ft.

oh so 50 ft is good,,,I don't have a tape neither, mine plains pretty quick with a boat load,,,50 just sounded far..
so that prop sounds good as a spare then..hopefully it will do the same for my boat,,,,,,,thanks wildman
