Hey Bill,
I'm sorry I didn't contact you, but a friend of mine had worked with a local marine service center and talked me in to at least bringing the boat in there to diagnose the issue before I go and purchase anything and I also need to repair the trailer before I take it anywhere of any distance.. But, I will let you know what i hear!

Also, Thank You very much for all the help you have already given me!!
 
why spend money diagnosing anything, you already have done that, I was going to fix it while you wait, I have any part needed here. Let me know what you want to do.
 
Hey Bill!
Well, you were right! I've wasted the last 3 1/2 weeks dealing with Idiots!! I waited 2 weeks before I heard anything! And all I was told that it's too old.....REALLY!! So I went to go pick it up last Saturday and when I get there they proceeded to tell me that they got it to fire but then it died and would not start after that But, they were going to have another mechanic look at it First thing Monday morning! I decided to go ahead and leave it again (Big Mistake #2) and they told me that they would call me Monday with his findings. 2 1/2 days go by, no phone call, I called at 11:00 am this morning and and finally pulled the Plug and picked it up!! Absolutely Furious Right now!! Worst Customer Service I've ever had to deal with!!! The mechanic there tells me that these older Mercs are really not worth sticking money into as you cannot find parts for them any longer.... IDIOT!!!

So, my question to you is, when can I come down? and what am I looking at $$$ wise??
