1976 17' V-Mate ll w/200 Merc...How fast?

Looking to rekindle an old memory from my youth. Back in 1981, I had a 1976 Blue/Silver metalflake 17' Checkmate V-Mate ll, that I gutted to center steer, with just the one bucket seat. I had a 1981 200 Merc blue stripe motor set up as high as it would go & still get water pressure. I installed a new, stock, out of the box, Mercury Hi-Performance 14 1/2" x 30" pitch, over the hub cleaver on it. How fast was I going, in fresh water? Thanks for any expertise you might have.
