1977 Checkmate

I am hesitant to post this due to lack of info and pics. But it could be a good enough deal to make it worth while.

A guy came into the shop last Saturday wanting to sell a 1977 Checkmate with a 115TOP on it. He does not know what model it is but it is 15-16 footer. It looks very much like the V-Mate I in the 77 brochure pics. Even the same color i think. He only had some crappy 4-8 pics to show me but it looks to be in pretty good shape. It is not terribly far from me so if anyone is truly interested i can go check it out first hand for you. It has newer interior made by a local shop that i know to do good work but it has some custom embroidery in the backs of the front seats that doesn't do it for me. It also sounds like it might come with an extra parts/possibly running motor but prolly just parts.

he sounded like $1500 was the magic number.

From what he showed me it looks similar to this

I have the guys name and number if anyone is interested and as i stated if you are i could make the trip up to look at it. Just PM me.
