This is a 1978 Checkmate V-Mate II 17' speed boat. It has a newly rebuilt Mercury 150HP Black Max outboard. This boat has just gone thru an 80% restoration. New floor, new carpet, new topside metallic paint, new stereo system with dash mounted remote. 1990 Trailer that has just been completly redone, new bunks, new paint, new wheel bearings. This boat is an original classic speed boat and turns heads where it goes...usually fast. Here is what it needs to be perfect showroom condition. Front seat bottoms need to be recovered, bottom side needs buffing, windshield is cracked. Other than those minor things it is in excellent shape. Asking $4000. Price is negotiable...but not much.
