1979 Checkmate Entertainer Project

Hello all.

Not sure if anyone here remembers my '79 Entertainer but I am sad to say I have neglected my once pride and joy that I spent so many hours redoing. She has been sitting in my yard uncovered for many years and I am wanting to pass the word here that I would like her to go to someone who will continue where I left off. The floors are soft in spots but the transom and stringers seem to be still solid. Years ago I had removed the 5.7 engine and Bravo Three drive and sold them when my business was hurting for money. I have spent countless hours on the interior templates and have even had the bow section upholstered to match the drivers and passenger seats. I am willing to include everything I have or to sell just the interior pieces that I have built to a Entertainer owner that wants an updated interior.

Here is a link to my Shutterfly account that host some of the pictures that I have. There are a few pictures that were taken when she was running and those are before the redesign of the interior. I also have pictures posted of the updated interior templates and bow section shortly after finishing the templates which was many years ago.

I just decided this past weekend that I really needed to do this before she becomes any worse. This project is not for the faint of heart but if you are willing to spend the time I can guarantee that you will not find another one of these on your local river or lake.

Any questions please feel free to call me at 904-505-3153. The boat is located in St Augustine, Florida and I have a galvanized 22'-24' tandem axle Shorelander roller trailer that is in very good condition that could be part of the sale. I have lots of additional parts that can go along with this boat or not depending on what is agreed to.

Shoot me offers as I want this space back on my driveway. Current pictures will be available to whomever requests them.

I wanted to note that all the interior pieces have been in storage and are in perfect shape. The boat interior can be had separately from the boat.
