1983 enchanter 21ft with a merc 3.4 the 275hp one.. Boat is alittle dirty and faded needs floor work and motor has low compression on the no 1 cylinder boat and trailer has papers $900 obo I'm in New York approx 40 min north of NYC.. I'm sure between a few of us up here, we could get it a little closer to NC for you - provided the trailer is ready for that type of trip. Looks like it may need a little work first...

The trailer is in pretty good shape I think u could tow it 500 to 600 miles without a problem I towed it 35 after buying it.. Also I just put a new starter in it 2 days ago that's when I found out the no 1 cylinder has low compression

I have spoke to him about boats I was bidding on (Ebay) and he seems honest. Best of all, he is a boat guy and can verify the boat/trailer is as described from a physical standpoint. I did not win the auctions, so I never had the opportunity to use him, but I would use him should I have the need.
