On a stock Merc 200 Black max, what would be a safe water pressure and temperature?

my 200 black max runs 120 degrees and has about 15-20 psi driving normal.

just to clarify, that is water temp, not cylinder head temp

My 175 efi runs about 15psi and about 160 Degrees.

I have an 89 panther v mate 2 with a pro v 150 on it. Stock no jack plate or stainless prop yet. What kink of speed are you running with you're 200 ?

My propshaft was five inches below the pad and it was around 65 or a little more on the speedo,I,m going to try it with the shaft three and one half inches below the pad and see how close to seventy it goes. My prop is the stock black steel yamaha 25 pitch.
