FOR SALE : 1989 Checkmate Convincor GTX. Brand new 540 Motor Dynoed at 650 torque and 650 HP. Fresh water cooling, EMCO hydraulic steering, Harden Marine Gauges, New transom assembly and outdrive, new gas tank, new carpet and interior and comes with a 2011 custom trailer made by Boatwheels. Maybe be a little high compared to others but I would guess the new motor, drive and transom add nicely to the value. Not to mention the hydraulic steering and the rest of the upgrades. Either way that is a beautiful boat.
 
i agree with RNGRDVE. we all know how quickly performance marine parts/work adds up. this package includes an awful lot for the money. Sure it's an older hull but appears to be in great shape. more pictures of the interior, drive and that new trailer along with any documentation of parts/work may help.

I'm also in agreement....
Once in awhile there's a used boat actually worth a premium selling price--certainly this looks like one of them--unless the owner did all that great work him/her self, I'm guessing there's more money put into it.
I'll bet the next owner will be very happy with that beauty
