This has twin 350efis 320hp ever since it was new it hard to start cold and hot to get it started cold you have to keep turn ing the key off and on to prime it and when it hot you just keep cranking on it till it starts both engines act the same. has anyone heard of this problem with these?

Ok first if it's done it since new why wasn't it fixed under warranty?
But both of those problems could be leaky injectors if they are leaking badly they are flooding it when it's hot and cold is because there's no fuel in the rails after it all leaks out but could be issues with bypass valve, regulator ect

Kind of odd that both engine have the same issue. If there is only one fuel tank I would check the pickup screens in tank if there are.
