1994 260 Restore

I figured that would be the answer. The rest of the interior is in good shape, just one bad spot on the wall. Hoping I can find a garage for the winter to get the work done

Not sure if yours is the same, but my bulk head was slide into place by the factory with the deck off the boat. I was not able to remove the cabinets with out cutting the bulkhead into pieces and removing. the new one with no cabinets behind it was able to angle in and stand up right into position and then the cabinet was built behind it in pieces.

Fiberglass and my Favorite the Woodall contact adhesive I sprayed to
hang the new headliner and side wall carpet.

Well with inspiration from Fiftyp, I finally tore into my enforcer, tore out all the cabinets, bulkhead and carpets. My bulkhead had to have been installed before the deck went on, removed all the cabinets in pieces an then pulled the bulkhead in two pieces. I'm thinking I'm going to go back with a 2 piece bulkhead and try to make the door a little wider and taller to make access easier.

the bulkhead was installed with the deck off per Mike @ Checkmate.

I used a starboard like material bought locally from a plastics supplier
cost me 100 bucks per 4x8 sheet in 1/2"

Thanks FiftyP, any paticular reason you pulled the gas tank? Not planning on going down that road unless there is a reason. The floor seems solid, no evidence of water inflitration.

My boat had sat wet from previous owner, hence all the rot in the bulkhead and lower floor, so all the foam was soaked and the board under the tank which creates the cavity for water to travel front to back into the bildge was rotted as well. I figured If I am gonna rip it up, it is only gonna be once and down to the hull and get everything bad out of the boat and start fresh and take care of it going forward.

Where is the foam located in this boat, just around the tank or is it under the entire floor. What did you have to pull out to remove the foam
