Since I sold me Exciter, I no longer need this motor. Asking $3,500, but will consider all offers. Contact Bob 708-525-1719

Where in ILL are you located? Remember the compression numbers? Does the trim hold strong or did it slowly leak down? Can you post pix of it? Inquiring minds want to know :bigthumb:

You can PM me the details if you want, or post them below. I've always wanted to try a 200 XRi on the 170.............

I'm located in Joliet, IL. The motor is currently in the shop and the mechanic did the compression and said all were within a few LBS of each other. I don't recall the numbers. I owe the guy some money and I am trying to hold off on calling him unless I can find a serious buyer. The trim holds strong and does not leak down. He did tell me that the lower unit may need a seal? I need the cash, so someone make me a good offer.

The motor is now up for sale on Ebay with lots of pictures. Auction item# 190338780329.

Also, if anyone is interested, my 16' Baja SS is for sale as well on Ebay under item# 190338772430.

I don't understand why this boat wont sell??? :shakehead:

I can't even give it away.:irked:

I did sell both my Checkmates with no problem!!! :thumb:

Thanks, but I plan to make some tweaks/fixes to my Enticer, and run it with the current motor for a while.

You have to be over that way for something else?

64 MPH on gps I am very interested in your setup. I currently have a 1980 enticer w/ 100 Hp Evinrude. I am stuck around 50 MPH Please help! Willing to try almost anything within my limited budget. Running SS 21 Pitch prop around 5500 rpm's
Plan to go to 23 pitch this year. Would a Jackplate make a big difference! Thanks Jeff
