its time to make it official :(

FOR SALE:
380 hrs, 454 carb non mag mercruiser, bravo one drive
boat is clean inside and out. Definately a must see in person boat.
options include: silent choice, docking lights, snap in carpet, diamond plate in engine compartment, wind visors on fairing, offshore style shift/throttle, drop out bolsters, brand new dual batteries with switch....

setting on a C-Hawk tandem axle trailer with brand new tires, brake on both axles all in great working order as expected.

asking $24,000 O.B.O.

will consider trade for bowrider of some sort, willing to look at all options out there. I am just looking for a change in scenery for now!

no definate plans, i could sell the motor at any time, or sell the boat with both motors........for the right price!

you still thinkin about a 502??
 
The thought of the blown 502 was to push my 240 to places similar to my old Hydrostream numbers in the bigger water we boat now. Recently, I am looking to go bigger than just a 2 foot jump in boat (I believe the 242 is a 26 LOA correct?) Having said that, the 242 with the blower motor might fit the bill and tide me over for now. PM me with more details. I am curious on the hours on hull, condition of hull, details on 502 set up, and whatever else you want to provide.

Buy the boat and finance the ring :thumb: I will tell you 1 thing if your going to drop 22 grand on a ring I need a pic of your girl and a pic of you. Because somebody is butt ugly. I feel this way because if your going to drop 22 grand on a ring dropping 22 grand on a boat is chump change.

buy the boat......thats what i did. i was going to name it"her ring" but she wouldn't let me:thumb: the deal was i got the boat and her ring came next...........and now i'm getting married a week from sat.:poke:

the divorce or death do you part, whichever comes first!
buy the boat and tell her to pack the cooler and make you
a sandwich, and if she don't, go without her and have fun,
she'll go from then on, that's what I did, it worked for me!;)
 
She would probably say to buy the boat first too! Actually, saving for a bigger house is first priority. Ring next, wedding fund, vacation (snowmobile house) house, new truck all come before new boat...so a new Checkmate is a ways off...I just wanted to remark on your boat, cause its exactly what I want! Good luck with the sale...
