I'm not in the market for a big boat this year but hope to be moving to a big lake in a few years and to get a big boat then. I do appreciate the warning about this shady guy, and those shopping now are likely greatful to be aware as well.

I must say some of the cleanest and most well kept boats I have seen are right here that our forum members own.

I think everybody should be warned about this guy too. I'm not the only one he has burned.
I emailed him this morning I gave him by the end of today to pay up or I post the evidence.
It's one thing by saying things that aren't true. I have clear evidence on this Looser that all should be aware of. And If he pays I will post the pay pal receipt that he paid me.

The other guy is in the Virgin Islands US that he appeared to burn also " named Ricky. I emailed Ricky to see what his story is. no word back yet.
MobileX was dumb enough to send me a copy of Ricky's pay pal receipt for the same price he sold it to me for a month earlier and said I didn't get it because the address was undeliverable. When I emailed MobileX back and said that is not me , He responded, I got you two mixed up.
So this guy can't even keep track of who he burns.

Howard H. AKA mobile.X scam artist all beware do not by anything from this guy.
Here is proof that he burned me and another guy who knows how many more, Don't you be his next victim. He knows how to manipulate ebay and paypal so you can't open a case on him, He lies and says he tried to communicate and sent many email when he didn't. He justifies an excuse in his mind to burn you. He still owes me and after many request for my money back he won't send it.

I emailed you several times that both USPS and UPS said that address was unshippable.
Even if it was good, it would be a lot more for shipping,
Then you give me neg feedback and say I didn't communicate with you, I emailed you at least 4 times during that period.
Remove the neg feedback, and send me a good address and pay whatever additional shipping charges, and I will happily send it out.
I have never screwed anyone on ebay before, I am not sure what you meant by no communication, maybe you never checked your email, but I sent the emails, and did not deserve a neg feedback.

I told him I paid him on May 9th and it doesn't work that way.

Hey MK, did you pay from a bank account, or credit card?

Reason I ask I some dude tried to burn me for $1000- shipping the 21 out here from CA... refused to refund my deposit (1K) and we went round and round... I got luckey I paid with a credit card thru paypal and my credit card company went after him... paypal was absolutely no help.

Just reminds me of that situation.

Bank account it became civil litigation, so I gave up until I saw his post here.
I'm sure If I sued him I would be awarded punitive damages with the evidence I have on him. And to post a boat for sale claiming 80 mph that doesn't run he just made his self look worse. BR already picked up on his BS before I ever saw this post.
He just came walking down my street lost and got beat with a baseball bat as far as I'm concerned. Mobile x made a comment why would I hurt my reputation over $40 bucks, but he did. If he was a normal thinking man he would apologize and send my money back.

This has cost him more than $57.99 + the other $57.99 from the other guy.

That's how he sucks people in he's a con man and liar, He post a pic of a boat that doesn't run, You are a savy engine guy you can see that it has no exhaust tip. His craigslist ad show only the front of the boat. I think he trying to get a deposit then slap it together real quick. Like I said buyer beware. I just had to warn my fellow members of this guys chracter. I believe that boat will never run right with a procharged MPI from his hands.

Hey Rob I did get my money back from paypal yesterday. I called them a couple weeks ago then sent them the proof I posted here. mobilex had until Oct.22 to respond and he never did so paypal reversed the transaction, I tryed that early on and paypal would do it then but they did it this time.

Seeing that it needs alot of work, If a guy could get it cheap enough it may be worth fixing.
The main thing is to have the hull checked all over with a moisture meter and inpected for rot. Judging by the water lines and discoloration on the drive it sat in water a long time, Clear title I would want to see before any cash was given.
