2000 259 convincor glove box

I have a 2000 convincor , love the bait, but storage is on short hand. I would like to add a glove box . There is an area to where I would feel there should be one, but the cabin door slides awe fully close, any ideas how I can mold the inside or make a liner for it and put an aluminum door on it

You can go this route. Just cut the hole and slide in. Probaly could remove the door and just use the box if you wanted a aluminum door on it.

you could cut a door in white PVC material and look like factory, I had to make a door for the inside cabinet as mine was missing and could not get from checkmate, looks like factory, how much room behind that area not sure....

The problem with a drop in is the proximity of the cabin door sliding through behind it. Would almost hAve to slope upwards. I am trying to mold a fiberglass like shell on the inside......

Finally done....well stoping point I guess for now !

Here is an update on the refresh and remodel of boat. Lots of work in the lat tree weeks. Couple things left to do like flat screen flip down tv, bimini and full camper enclose, and refinish trailer and a new set of gauges. But here is the stopping point for now check it out
