Don't do it. Sell your boat and buy one already done, just make very sure it is done CORRECTLY.

I examined this boat first hand upclose at the 07 poker run.
the asking price is a steal!!!! someone is going to get a great deal!:eyecrazy:
 
Want to sell this unit as it is now set-up. Do not want to re-power to stock to sell. Someone is starting a project like this and could save lots of time and money.

The calls keep coming, everybody wants to trade something for it that they can't seem to get sold.
This boat is already missed on our home lake with its unmistakeable sound.

At least I have some good friends who have volunteered to run this boat for me in some local runs to help advertise it !:surf:

Pulled boat out of storage a few weeks ago for an interested party to run.
Boat looks and runs awesome.
Lots of views and interest over on Offshore Only, nobody stepping up with the money yet.
Will run it some this weekend, there is a new Donzi on the lake that needs to be 'shown the transom'.

Price listed at 60,000 now. Looking to deal heading into fall. No boat trades.
 
What do you get for top speed on that rig?

If I didn't just buy a new boat, we would talk....your not that far away either.
 
Set-up and proper driving are important. Yes, this hull will chine walk when overtrimmed and this particular boat has had drive spacers and billet tabs added to improve handling.

Keeping the boat planted/settled while accelerating is important too due to the big torque from the single engine/drive.

It is up to the driver to determine how well this boat handles.
