" For Sale" 2004 Checkmate Pulsare 2100BR / 2008 Mercury Optimax 300XS (Sold)

Wow, it pains me greatly to see this beautiful boat for sale for $27k... I drove from Seattle to Bucyrus, OH, right thru South Dakota back in May of this year to pick up my new 1600 Pulsare BR with a 2013 Optimax Pro XS 115. I paid $27k.... :( Man, I so wish I could go back in time and buy this boat instead. I wanted one of these but I didn't want to fork out $50k. Don't get me wrong, I love my little 1600, but this boat would have been perfect for me.... :(

Sold? Just curious...

Well, it's still in my garage. Just put a new steering wheel on it too! Sure is purdy... have a deal of sorts pending actual monetary exchange.

Can you say, having second thoughts! Seriously though, I used it FOUR (4) times this year.... I'm torn either way. I put a ton of time, effort & money into it to get it to this point.

Well, still talking to the potential buyer, but I'll say it's still on the market until something firm is in place...

- Just put on a new purdy steering wheel (pics soon)
- Changed all 10 trailer lugs & lug nuts after I had one break last year.

$27.5k

Unless I find a really good deal, I'll probably be boat less for a bit. If I could get some more info on that 242 in Cedar Rapids I might go get it.

If I do, slower, smoother w/more room. Probably try out a car motor boat and see what it's all about. Cuddy would be nice to have. Swim pad...
