Date has been set for the 4 th annual Poker Run .......Sat,August 2 nd with the customer appriecation day set for the day before Fri,August 1 st @ factory. The run will be based out of Lyman Harbour again ......stop's to be determined later. Start making plans .....let's make this the best turnout yet ! More details / info to follow as they come available...KC.

Every year I have the same complaint. Most of the guys from West Michigan would go, but this first weekend of August is always Coast Gaurd Festival in Grand Haven Mi. If you want to attract the guys from this neighborhood you would have to move the date. This is the biggest boating weekend in West Michigan all year. If it changes I will be there!

First 2 years it was the 3 rd week of July they moved it to get it further from 4 th......First week of Aug is not close to regular vacaton weekends, usually good weather in OH-IO ! It is what it is.... if was another weekend some other area would probably say the same thing.....sorry it interferes with this Coastguard deal. I'm just glad they have desided on a date this early so people can make plans if they want to come....last year they waited til late June to settle on a date and a lot of people already had plans, KC.

kip we are going to have some fun told dave i would help sponser and i like the date, the week after i have to go to a dealer meating.

hoping to do a new 30 fter, just trying to talk them into the big block i got here to go in it.

Didn't mean to offend anyone, just thought that with the number of Checkmate's that have been sold in this area it might work better for everyone from here, at least that is what i get told when I bring it up to my fellow boaters. I am all for going anyway, but it is hard to convince any of the other guys.

Great time had last year with a great group of people.
Hope the next owner of my Checkmate gets to attend. If boat not sold by then I may run out again to have some more fun.

Dave and Jon are to be commended for organizing this event and holding it at a top-notch facility.

BLOWN MILK,

I'm still playing the #'s .Thats the only chance I believe I'll have for awhile, I got a wife that won't work and I just tore into the Kitchen for a complete update.Looks like a couple more seasons (14-15) with the starflite. That is one fair price.

P.S. I'll be there 8/02 !:cheers

Even if you sell, you and Julie should go. Ride with us or bring the fountain,

Dave, Can't believe you said the F-Word on this board !!:sssh:

We will consider that, bet if it was rough we could find some passengers. Also may get to park in the VIP at Casino.

Thinking about coming out for the run. Need to replace my Starflite that I sold last Oct. Looking at buying a 25 Convincor. Anyone have any ideas of some good places to stay for the weekend. Thanks

I thought it was ruff last year from what i heard, never can tell what is going ot happen on that lake

Friday was calm and beautiful - Saturday was like a mad ocean.
Jekyl n Hyde! Either way the event will be on our boating
schedule annually! Good time - good people - badass boats!:bigthumb:

Hey Guys, would a 2400 be out of place at this event in terms of being too small? We'd like to come up and support the event, and the 2400 would be a whole lot easier to tow up there than something bigger.

A 24ftr would be fine,If you come up leave yourself enough time to enjoy some of the other local attractions.:bigthumb:
