200HP Merc OB - Excess fuel from all carbs

I recently rebuilt my 2001 200hp OB Merc (with carbs).
I am running it heavy on oil due to a new bore and piston ect. So, that means, 50:1 from the oil injection, and 50:1 from my main gas tank.
PROBLEM: I seem to get excess fuel out off all the carbs.

-Could this be just because I am running with so much oil?

-I checked the enricher and it's only getting power when engaged at the key (choke).

-With one piston over bored a little, do I need to adjust all the carbs?

-Could the Thermal air valve be stuck/malfunctioning?

-Maybe I hooked up a vacuum line or other line wrong???
- - - please post or email to: goodsir1322@yahoo.com *THANKS*

hey , my 200 black max does the same thing. it drips from all three carbs when running or not. the guy i bought my boat from says he went up a jet size in every carb to make it run richer. i want to put stock jets back in it to try and correct this. it runs great but the plugs stay wet with gas.

I'm begining to think that is's partially normal, and partially because I'm running really heavy on oil right now and maybe it's not burning clean? no idea. thanks for your feedback though. makes me feel better about the problem.
I would rather not have gas running into the lake, or blow up on the lake though... hmmmm.
