220 checkmate convincor -reviews??

you arent kidding it been a cold winter here too. nothing like the crazy amounts of snow you guys got though. the northern Chesapeake Bay is still shut down to boat traffic until april 15th

got her on today and went out. not to great of water conditions. but was able to see 57.9 on the GPS, also noticed i was able to see closer to 4900 rpm which was great. fuel tank was filled to the top as well. I'm betting when i get out there without the 2-3 food chop i will see much better results.

Very nice !! So all in all it seems worth it? Noticed better hole shot and pull at mid range ? Seems like the rpm is right where you want to be .. Finally boat season seems like forever ... Thanks for the update

Went out again last night, much better hole shot, a solid cruising speed of 45 at 3400 rpm, that is 4 mph higher than last year. Also was again able to see 4900 rpm. still could only see 57.6 with three people on board and a full tank. I'll be out again today and tomorrow should burn up some fuel

Well still haven't been able to see anything over 58 mph this year. Nothing changed but the prop. Faster planning and hole shot for sure, better mid range, lower top speed. And seems to have a slight bit of chine walk probably due to sitting out of the water more. I emailed Brett to see why the 3 mph loss. Waiting to hear his response. I'm sure there has to be something to it.

Agree losing 3 mph is not great all other parts sound great hope they figure it out for you keep us posted !! Enjoy the weekend

learned a lot about this prop yesterday from some of the heavy hitters in our group. They were not surprised by the results I got from it. However they were quite impressed by how the boat handles the bigger water. This being a 4 blade it is more suited to getting on plane and having great running and handling capabilities more so than its top speeds. It was suggested if I wanted top speeds to get a second prop and use a 3 blade.

Agree mine runs 61 with the 3 blade on gps shows 65 on speedo BUT I do not like it in rough water would love to try a 4 blad and see how it handles ... May need to borrow one or do a merc prop test or bblades test program ... Glad the season is here !!! Changed my impeller today was in great shape but was piece of mind took me about 2 hrs
