24' Convincer?????

Ing

New member
Can someone please clarify what years the 24' Convincer were made and by what model name was it called (I've seen some called the 242)? I'm interested in the model years for the true 24' or are the 22' Convincers the same boat? Gets confusing when Checkmate started including the swim platform in the LOA instead of just the hull.
Thanks

The Convincor 240 started out all the way down to the Convincor 216, then became the Convincor 220, then moved up to the 240. Without the platform the hull is about 21-1/2 feet long.

The Convincor 242 is a smidge over 24ft, and later became the Convincor 260.

I really like these two hulls.

Thanks for the good info! So the 242 is a true 24' hull. What years was the 242 in the lineup and what was the deadrise and weight of the boat? I tried looking at some of the old brochures but couldn't read the details.
