I have the 251 for sale below and was wondering why lack of intrest?is it the power train?price?would it be more appealing with a stock motor?its a very nice boat in great shape and a ton of money in upgrades?
Thanks will

Is it for sale else where or only here? Not many boats sell here as most members are already boat owners. Also the weather change could be causing a slow sale.

I believe this is it.

I'm in the market for a Convincor but still need to sell my boat. I've pondered yours but the price is very high for a 251, however you have a ton of cash into that thing. Ross has a 70 mph 251 with a new motor and freshend drive for $15k or so. Are you priced right...not if you want it to move quickly in October. Is the price ridiculous...I don't think so but your going to have to find a nitch buyer.

I may recommend you put together a very detailed add showing many pictures. Discuss the engine build, the drive (what's special about it), the change in X dimension if it applies, the steering, the trailer, hours, paint/gel, interior, gps numbers ect.

Please don't take this the wrong way but I just saw your craigslist add for the first time and the add sucks. You're asking a pretty penny for that boat and you don't give any specifics. You need a lot more info about condition and options the boat has.

Boats don't sell now

You either need to drop your price till you feel you are giving it away and it's not even worth it for you to sell or wait till spring to sell it. Your add needs allot more info and a couple more pictures would help too. The only boats selling now are amazing deals.

Same as above... I think the boat might look nice, but it's hard to get interested in a boat without good pictures or detailed info about powertrain. (ie: hours)
Bad ads bring bad results.

I know in 2003 the owner wanted $31000. I knew I saw that boat before. I just found it in an old powerboat magazine in the classifieds. Back then it had a 509/700hp blower motor & 2" shorter Xtreme SC drive. Claims 87+mph. It was in Md then...

What area of pasadena are you in if you don't mind me asking? I keep my boat in riviera beach but also have a nice high res camera and tripod and all if you need some better pics
