251- one piece swim platform

Yep for some reason your second pic didn't load on my I pad somebody shoot me an email addy and I'll send over a pic of the mounting brackets for my new platform I'm mounting it up above the rub rail due to my drive heights I have pics in an email but can't figure how to transfer from apple devices and my puter is packed up

At the same hieght as what is there the drive would hit when up. In this pic mine is down a half inch off the drive way.

even if the bridge was level across? it would be high in the front. kind of like this one on this senator

Checkmate has ones like that on a few boats, Just not my style. I personnaly want flat billet or tube. Just more modern imo.

alright enough discussion who's making one of these for me?? ;)
Do you want an aluminum one or a fiberglass one? I sent dogschool a message about using his boat to make a pattern. I can make a fiberglass one pending him letting me borrow his boat to make a mold. My objective would be make it mount using existing brackets.

dude, get in the dually(hooked up to your boat) and drive your goofy azz up here! we could get this thing done and get some boating in all in the same weekend:poke::poke:

yf88, are you talking about a fiberglass one with a kick up over the pipes? If so, I'm not sure I like that look. Not just the look, but they really aren't nearly as functional as the flat ones. Can you do an Aluminum one? Aluminum powder coated blue would look hell sweet on my boat.

i agree, i contacted a supplier here in town to see what aluminium tubing would cost and they said they only order it in bulk(WAY more than one would need to do what we want). i have talked to my fabricator and both cant seem to come up with the right material to do it with:yell: i do like the idea of making one out of tubing and getting it powder coated....to be continued

Can not do aluminum ones. If I did it, it would be a fiberglass one that kicks up over the tips.
