82' Predictor Restoration

Sorry for the delayed response guys. I ordered the shifter from REX Marine. I had to fab an adapter plate to cover the original shifter bolt holes. The shifter operates nicely and has locks at the F-N-R positions as well as neutral start switch. It's a nice high quality piece. There is a variety of cable ends and hold-downs offered by REX to adapt a universal cable to the shifter. The pedal is just your standard T&H Marine top cable entry HOT FOOT. It requires the factory OMC or Merc. cable end. It also is very good quality (all aluminum construction, stainless hardware, and nylon bushings). During my restoration I glassed in a flat pad/ heel rest so that the pedal could be mounted at my natural right foot resting point. It's a blast to drive! If you guys would like to see some more detailed photos or more information let me know. I respond more quickly.

Thanks,

Daniel
