Thanks to all who replied to my threads in the Overhaulin section. I bought this about a month ago, stripped all the vinyl striping off (what a job!) and put original decals on it, a bimini and a some polish and cleaning and here we are, before and after.

wow... MUCH better! :thumb: Makes me wish whoever previously owned my boat used striping instead of paint when they tried to gussy it up.:shakehead:
 
Thanks for all the comments. I decided to put off the outdrive repainting for a year until I get a lift. Hopefully next year if I can get it on a lift I can get it painted and it will last!
