A taxing issue-my head hurts thinking about it...

Just got my personal property tax bill from the County I live in. They assessed tax on my Checkmate of $360 and that doesn't include the tax on the trailer.

Just for the pleasure of parking it in my driveway.

Taxes for your boat

Trust me you are infinitely better of (financially)where you are than if you were in Flint MI, pay the tax and thank your lucky stars you have a job, and don't have a Canadian for a governor. Hell in MI we collect Canada's garbage.
Multiply your taxes times two and you might have what a Canadian pays, all taxes are unfair but somebody has to support all the civil servants.
