1. CLICK ON THE WORD THAT SAYS USER CP

2. ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PAGE CLICK ON THE WORD THAT SAYS
EDIT PROFILE

3. SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE WHERE IT SAYS ADDITIONAL INFO

:offtopic: THIS IS MY BEEF AND I'M STICKING TO IT :brickwall:

Hey Red,

Would you like a area specific forum for your area?

It could be a like a chapter of sorts?

I know some of the other sites have similar forums.

Perhaps it would make it easier to find fellow owners in your area?

If you'd like one for your area, let me know what you'd like to call it and we'll set it up. :)

And if anyone else out there wants an additional area specific forum for their own area and thinks there would be enough activity to warrant it, post up the area and some proposed names.

It would not do any good I can count the number of Checkmates within a 400 mile radious on my hands and toes . And I think half of them SCT owned But one good thing about that nobodys boat looks like mine on the lake. And I get alot of compliments. Last weekend at the lake a guy told me Checkmate went out of biz 10 years ago. I was proud to inform him he was wrong

Well if you change your mind let me know. :)

Yeah, I've heard the Checkmate out of business thing a million times before too.

At least we know that 4700 plus people know the real deal! :thumb:

Conn isn't to bad I lived their for 3 years and went boating on Candel wood Lake. I drank alot of cold beers their and had some goodtimes and alot of tickets.

2. ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PAGE CLICK ON THE WORD THAT SAYS
EDIT PROFILE

Actually Big Red, they would look for EDIT PROFILE on the left side of the page, but I'm sure anyone with a noggin could figure that out

Chris, If it came down to it, I'd like to see one named "Cajun Country Checkmates" for the South Louisiana, Southern Mississippi and SE Texas! :thumb:

I only know of 3 here on the forum from the South La. area at the moment, however...... :sssh:

Your right I mean left or right I mean passanger or driverside> its the boat thing I figured it out a postal worker invented the boat. Thats why the damn steering wheel is on the wrong side.

OK Gang,

Here's what I've done.

I created a main forum in the Checkmate Discussion area which will be for local Checkmate chapters. Within that forum will be sub-forums where there will be listings of different chapters that we will add as needed.

I've already added one for Cajun Country, as requested.

Enjoy!

If anyone else has a request for a particular area, post a request and we'll look at adding it.

Hopefully adding this section will assist owners in finding other local owners in their area, which is what I think Red is getting at.

And yes, it would still be nice if members filled out the local area and type of boat they own field as well! ;) :)

Now hop to it "Cajun Country" members! :thumb:

whats up b r? man ive been sending pics but cant find them. guess i sent them to checkmate comm forms or somewhere. where do i send them for you all to see?

captain, you have to upload your pics with your postings as an attachment.

hey man, that would be cool for our area cause there are about 6 checks within 10 miles of me here at wallops island, where NASA is, next to chincoteague island. ive been telling these check lovers about this site, but nobody has joined yet, except my motor man winger, and hes got checks, hydros, and all kinds of boats. ill keep on the checkmate owners here by me. ill drum up some business fore long, ill let somebody beat me haha

captain,

We can create a forum for your area as well.

Can you give me a suggestion for a name and tell me what areas, states etc. it will cover?

If you get me that info, I'll get the forum created for ya. :)
