Any recommendations on a Checkmate?

Hey guys! Been thinking about upgrading to a little larger boat that my Taylor jet. Just curious if you might have some models of Checkmates that would recommend? I really like the sound of a big block so I would like to stick with an inboard but might consider an outboard. I would like something between 20'-24' and in the $10k price range for the right boat give or take.

I missed out on what looked like a nice 22' Pursuader for $7500.....

I don't know where you are located but a guy I know locally has a 21 footer with a small block. Looks really clean from the outside but I don't know too much else about it. He wants around $6K for it. I think I can get a hold of him if you want me to.

I live in Michigan. Couldn't find the Pursuader mentioned earlier. There also is a guy in the Illinois area with a Pulsare 2100BR. He's asking $12,900b/o not sure what a good price is for one of these?

Thanks for the heads up on the 253.

Sorry, I live in the Coldwater area. I'm about a 1hr 45mins from GR. I did see that Pursuader and forgot all about it!! lol

the persuader that hotdaddy mentioned was mine and has been sold.
what sucks is I sold it locally and can now only watch it go by while I putt around in it's replacement, a 1986 renken bowrider slow boat to china
