What I'm looking for is a shop to do a custom installation. I want to replace my 10 inch subs, install a new amp for them, and add some new speakers wired up to my existing amp. Right now, the boat has a Sony CD head unit, 5 channel Alpine amp, 4 MB Quart 6.5's, and 2 Kicker 10 inch subs. Everything worked great when I bought the Boat, but now when I crank it, the amp goes into protection mode and shuts down. Turn it down, turn it off and it resets. I gotta get it fixed cause the girls don't like it when they are dancing on the sundeck and the music stops. HELP!!!!

I can't help with the audio shop,but the #1 cause of your amp cutting out is a weak pos.or ground. connection to the amp.If you can get to it I would check and clean your connections.
At least that might fix your immediate audio problem.

I always use Custom Audio in Evansville. He has done a couple of boats for me and a ton of other work. Rick is the guy that runs it.
