Almost bought this today over the phone and was going to have shipped. Extremely nice and honest gentleman whom owns it. I guess the boat sat for years in a shed with no use. He had told me the aft end hung out a bit hence the slight oxidation on the aft end. What worried me was that he is in the process of replacing the wood in the seats because while sitting water had seaped thru the cover. In one of the pictures he had sent with the rear bench seat up, you can see it is wet and doesn't appear to dry out after use.

Despite not knowing enough about water rotting the floor and reading the horror stories during replacement, I was on the fence. Plus a major factor was that my wife was not having it to shell out that much for a boat 23 years old.
