Bezels for Bilge Dump, Gas Fill

Well, after much consternation, some incredible bad luck and numerous other setbacks, we finally placed an order for a new Pulsare 2100 BR. I've decided that I will be replacing some of the deck factory hardware with aftermarket items from Dana Marine. I'm aiming for a stainless steel hardware component with red PC bezel look. With this in mind, can anyone provide me with some info on the following:

1. Is there enough room in the deck indentation around the factory gas fill for a bezel which would increase the OD of the fill assembly to
(a) 4" (GF-BZ-020)?
(b)4-1/2" (GF-BZ-010)?

2. Factory Bilge Dump
Head OD?
Stem Length?
Stem ID?
Stem OD or Diamter of Hose?
(see dumps BD-015, BD-020, BD-022, BD-024, and bezels BD-010, BD-026)

Thanks in advance!

what are you powering with? do you get if from roberts? when is it coming? good thing that dollar keeps going up!

Details. details,...

It is coming from Roberts. Hull is white, stripes are red and black with some "mist" in them, upholstery is white with red/black accents, carpet is charcoal, trailer is single axle, white with red/black stripes - should be very similar to the 2100BR in the 1995 brochure (or to the boat that Stacey Scoggins ordered from Fargo Dave and then didn't accept). Boat should be in the mold now - maybe Coop can provide some details. Delivery yet to be determined.

Power will be an Opti 250 Pro XS.

Photoessay will be forthcoming :)

Amen to the higher $CAD

Yes, timing appears to be good on this one. In order to pay for the boat, I have already acquired a new tin cup and a large supply of quality pencils. I am still looking for a reasonably priced used monkey or other small, primate to help me sell these on a local street cormer. May be forced to settle for politician if monkey not available.

might be able to hook you up with a used politician - our old liberal mp is living out your way now!!

Now that you mentioned it, they did say something the other day about something going up to Roberts. Not sure when yet, probably not in the next couple of weeks, so you have time to find the right monkey for the pencils.

Old Politician

I'm sure the old Liberal MP is living VERY WELL in this area if he/she has a Government of Canada retirement pension.

"A liberal is someone who feels a great debt to his fellow man, which debt he proposes to pay off with your money" - G. Gordon Liddy :)

Seriously, though, can anyone provide me with any info on the factory bilge dump specs for a Pulsare 2100 as requested above or, alternatively, the make and model of bilge pump installed in this boat (from which I can determine the outlet hose diameter and, ultimately, the correct bilge dump)?

there are only 2 sizes, 3/4 and 1 1/4, you'll have a 3/4 pump they do everything up to about 1000gph, your pump will probably be a 500gph so you should be safe at 3/4 outlet.
