Boating on the Ohio 55 degrees!!

ckaluger, any first impressions of the 'feel', Pulsare versus 'Liner? Factoring out engine differences of course, could you notice any difference between how each hull felt in comparison with each-other? :surf:

We ran a 24 pitch Fury on the 150 and got it 62, which bested Jay's 50 MPH with a 19 pitch Trophy. We could definatley raise the jackplate, I was only turning 5500 RPM at 62. As for comparson, they are completely different in two aspects, padded versus no padded hull plus the slight nose down of the Pulsare versus the stright and not tapered front of the Starliner gives you a very different feel. We tried 30 pitch Cleaver just for kicks on the Starliner and we could only get 73 out of it. The Starliner has been fastest with the 26 Trophy, 77+. Also much larger interior with the Starliner. They both turn very well at high speeds, the Pulsare seems to ride better, likely the padded hull and sharper "V" in the front. I had an older 150 on the Starliner last year and it did not perform like the Pulsare. But the biggest difference is the quality of the finsh and the metal flake on the Starliner, they just don't finish the new boats the same.

You're gonna have a line-up waiting for the 'Liner when you decide to sell it...
