Brian's 84' Enchanter

Hey Brian
I'm going to the 1000 Islands for the weekend of August 21/22 without the family, it would be a great time to have some fun if your available.

F150GT, The only weekend in aug. that I have planned to go on the river and camp. The weekend after that i'm good. Maybe some time in sept. Or the last weekend in aug. Keep in touch.
You can e-mail me at brian.seymour@ge.com, let me know what you are planning for trips.Talk to ya.

Brian

hey brian, i was wondering how much you paid fot the h.o. because i was thinking bout replacing the yamaha because one of my friends only works on evinrude and johnson and he will work on my stuff for free. also are there any disadvantages of the engine itself, thanks

I paid at little over 12, thats dealer cost. They are around 14-15 for non dealers. No dislikes yet. Gobs of torque. Nice and smooth running as well. I can turn a
29" mod. SRX prop, at 5900rpms, so the motor is very strong all around the power range, not just down low.

Brian

"No dislikes yet."

So you like replacing power heads??

Here's how to post pictures
1) you can email them to Chris
2) You can open your own picture host..

http://www.freepichosting.com/

Put your pictures on the web and then you can post. Once your picture is on the host, right click on the photo, go to the bottom of the drop down and select properties, copy the url address. Once you have copied the address open a new post or reply, click on the little green box at the top on the right, paste the full address in the box and hit ok. When you 'post now' the picture will appear in your post

Thanks captianmorgan , post some pics of your rig. Try doing what don said or try sending them to chris.

Brian

Hi Brian! The pictures don't do your boat justice. It's even better in person. Hope to see you in the spring. Enjoy the cold!!!

John good to hear from you, it was hard to see everyone this year, for me because of the rotating shifts i was out when everyone was not. Thanks for the comments on the boat. How are you doing? Hope all is well, and have a good holidays.

Brian

We didn't make it out as much as usual since my accident. Still "legless", but making some progress. Made it down to the NYC Poker Run in the Checkmate from Catskill & probably five other days on the river. Plus out twice in the 33' Apache. Did you see that yet?

Good to hear about the progress, thats great! No I didn't see the 33' I was only out a hand full of times last year as well. What color is the apache? Maybe next year!

Brian

Thanks about the progress...Too bad you didn't get out alot either. The season is too short to begin with, and it s*cks when you can't take advantage of the good days!!
The Apache is white & maroon with nice (paint/airbrushed)graphics. Hopefully this link will work.

John, that’s one great looking Apache. You should put up some larger pics, or just send them to Chris. I'm assuming you don't take it out much due to the hassle of launching a 33' in Catskill.

Thanks Dave. She is still a work in progress, I have quite a few interior projects in mind. ie. new dash panel, different colored bezels, new switch panels, new steering wheel. I have boxes of stuff from Trick Marine. It's slow going from the wheelchair. Be careful on your new F7, I got here from a snowmobile accident.
Your right, the Catskill Launch is not very friendly for this boat. We can only get it in & out at high tide. It's a handful for my fiance, but friends and other boaters have been kind.

Picture should have been bigger!!!??? I stink at this computer stuff!! I'll send one to Chris. Hopefully he won't mind posting a non-Mate!
