CHECKMATE OWNER'S RALLY 2010

Cant wait for this event. I think it will be great. Any idea on the weather???????

We are leaving around 4 pm on Wednesday afternoon and it should be about 8 or 9 hours.

Jason

Here's the plan.Still plan on getting in around noonish on Thursday to set up camp Mercury.I'll bring my full size grill, screened in room and once camp is up I'll go looking for about a face cord of firewood.

I plan on serving susage/egg/cheese bagels with a fruit bowl and juice at 8:30-9:00 am on Saturday morning. And I'll have a ram of sloppy joes made up for late night munchies too. ect. ect. ect.

Now for the bad news, My last time out I fried my impeller so bad that I now have peices of it up in my water passages causing a servere overheating issue. So I have no boat to bring down to the party:(. So I'll be looking for a ride or two throught the weekend. I will have coin to help with the fuel.

Over the years I've learn't that careful planing and lots of showers make for a sucessful camping trip. ;)

I'll be work all day tomorrow with no internet access and limited on wendsday so fill free to call me jeff at 734-552-2571 if needed?

:cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers:

You can just take out my Doral and serve us lunch right out on the lake. :thumb:

Just kidding. Sorry about your impellor. You are welcome to ride with me and you can keep your coin.

Leaving work NOW

Heading home to hook up the boat and head SOUTH! Should be there by dark unless we stop somewhere along the way.

I have room in my boat but it is only a Trimate III if anybody needs a ride.

I'll check this thread one more time before I pull out. Then no computer until Monday.

just installed my shifter cable, waiting on the rain to stop so i can start it up and adjust everything!

Solid rain here is keeping me from working on mine in the driveway... I want to replace the impellor and repair gel in the cuddy of the boat, also, absolutely need to repair the brakes, lighting, and grease the bearings on the trailer. :brickwall:

As long as the rain ends today i should get everything done.Looks like pop up storms the rest of the week.

Any one have a 4 blade 26p or 28p prop I can test? I am going down with useless props for the way the boat is running. My 3 blades are slipping at 25% or more

I have a stock 28 bravo you can try,just let me know.:thumb:
Bring it if you don't mind, would love to try it.

Unless someone else chimes in with a 26p, I am going to pick one up tomorrow. The prop place is great at working with me for props. I think the 26 would be better as it would let her spin at more RPM's????
