Checkmate Trim Tabs

Looking for a set of the original checkmate trim tabs in good condition hope some one can help or may have a lead on some :thumb:
 
Not sure if mine came from the factory or if they were an afterthought, but it has Boat Leveler Insta Trim Tabs on it. They are still in business in St. Louis MO.
 
Thanks largecar can't wait for UPS to show up they will make a great addition to my mate!!!!!!!! prop came in now just looking for steering set up but may have run on some part numbers for those. THANKS to all the great guys on this forum for all the help especially one inparticular!!! Thanks again. checkmate made trim tabs I would like to see them ive been trying to find some that may fit on my trimate II but powered ones wont fit i had a set on a glastron i had they were tempco ive tried to find some of them but they have went out of business could someone post a picture of the checkmate ones please i would like to see if i could find me a pair if they will fit thanks hookedup
 
i cat up load pics here yet but i can email you a pic
they are nice tabs hopefully water testing the set up today i had other ones but they were like you say alot wider but not as long and diffinetly not as cool looking.
 
What do you think it would cost to have a small casting shop make copies from an origional set? I would think there are plenty of people on here that would want a set.
 
not sure but i wish i was in high school shop right now because i made a mold to do that for belt buckles(dumb teenager lol) if i had the stuff i would do tat for the tabs i could mak some money at it. Wasn'tvery had but time consuming. also need furnace to melt the aluminum. i bet i would cost more than they would be worth notonly that there must be a patent or some kind of legal mumbo jumbo involved but would be easier to make some out of stainless that look pretty dam close
