[Ramifications]

The last two I contacted got back to me. The one up north only does one week rentals, but I'm attempting to negotiate and the other one is available, but it is only 3 bedrooms and no dock.

One other option to throw out there- this would be a total change of direction though. We could do Long Beach Island, NJ and I have a house we could all stay in free of charge with plenty of parking for boats etc, but it isn't water front. The ramp is 10 blocks away and I could come up with a marina to keep all the boats for the weekend. Let me know...

i put in next to the nauti goose up on the top of the north east. nice area. plus the goose is there for a night out for some sea food. lbi is nice also. wouldn't mind going down there either. love boating down lbi

The North East house seems pretty nice, never been up there by boat but its a nice area. And NJ would be completely new to me so that would be cool too!

Alright, here are the options I have come up with. Let me know which one everyone would like to move forward with and I will take care of it.

#1- The north house is by the week only, but they will start the week whenever we would like- it is $2400 for the week

#2-The house near the Magothy is available as I said before, but again only three bedrooms, so it might be a little small for everyone. It is a approx $1,250 for two nights

#3- Same dates as mentioned but change the location to Long Beach Island, NJ. Parking and house would be free. I will find out about the marina, but it would be a marginal fee.

#4- Change the dates and stay at the glass house. Again, only full week rental.
Dates available:
June 7-14 for $1700
July 19-26 for $1900

#5- back to square one and we all fend for ourselves and just plan to meet up at Dobbins or on the Chester somewhere.

1. I can pay for one day and go from thurs night till mon evening.
2. I'm not concerned with a room just looking to have a good time.
3. Not an option for me. Can't swing a grand on trailer to make that trip.

5. Hope not. Alot more fun all staying same spot.

St Machaels

Just a thought. What about the St Michaels area. Think it would be about the same distance as glass house. I have been there by boat years ago.

Location: "The Glass House" just off the Chester River on the East Fork of Langford Creek.
