Nice, looks good! How's it run with those 200's?

Thanks, it was slow. When I first got it, it ran around 67. After I screwed up the engine height around 62. Its gonna look different again but hopefully it will look better.

Took a trip today and got you guys some pictures to look at for the next few months.

This is the upper lot. Very large gravel parking area. Theres a paved road to the left going down to the lower lot.

A horribale panoramic shot looking from the upper lot down. There where tables and chaires everywhere all over the property. No need to bring any. A propane grill and fire pit.

The pier was nice. Has electric and water. It was high tide and I sticked 3ft at the bulkhead, about 5-6 mid pier and stick wasn't long enough for the end. I counted 8 boats being able to tie up before rafting off or mooring out. The bottom is nice sand so walking in the water won;t be mud between the toes.

The little cut out on the left of the pier is a sandy wading area and beach for the small ones to play.

Lots of sandy,beachy area.

House has more plugs then I have ever seen.

Looking in from the pier. The house shows its age on the outside but from the few windows I could see in the inside looks better.

The bulkhead has cleats to moor off. The boat and camper to the right are just being stored and will be gone.

You can see the beachyness and more of the bottom lot

More chairs. Volleyball court, horse shoe pits. Notice the paved road that comes down to the bottom lot.

Awesome play area.

Stuff for use to use. Saw a box with about 50 life jackets of all sizes and colors.

Road coming down. You can pull down and theres enough room to do a u turn and back right down the ramp and pull right back up. Nice smooth set up.
20140312_181345_zpseknhmtbm.jpg
You can see the tire marks where someone had used the ramp to pull that cruiser.
20140312_181450_zpschazfuir.jpg
Rough textured concrete ramp.

The place is set up to have a good time. Can't wait to be there at night. Theres party lights strung threw all the trees and criss crossing everwhere. Theres woods with trails and firewood laying around. The lot is pretty secluded so we should have to worry about bothering anyone. I know some will be camping and there are plug outlets all over the property and hose hook ups in a few spots in you need any of that. Theres running water on the pier and at the ramp if anyone wants to wash anything. All I can think of, any questions?

I forgot to mention BWI airport is close by if anyone would like to join and hangout without a boat. There are also some hotels with in 15 mins from the house if one choose to leave their boat there and travel back and forth.

Just found the days off at work and sumitted the paper work, as soon they ok'd I'll pm you Keith.
