craigslist selling scam???

I've lived in Miami my whole life and I've never seen buildings like the one's in the background of that listing except up in the N.E. USA. Everything in FL is concrete stucco. That house would have blown down 16 years ago.

I just can not figure out the reason for it,get everyone excited for nothing,,when we found it at that price we figured it had a blown motor, major defect,or death in a family ,some one unloading it quick..

Yup, the Vision is a scam. It is listed all over the US. Flagged for removal in many places.
The scams work like this: Owner has relocated, has to sell boat to raise funds to move becuase wife wants to be closer to family in England. Boat is in some other city, will deliver by auto moving company. Transaction guarranteed by Craigslist. Funds wired by Western Union. Last time you every hear from him. Almost always a Hotmail email address.

dateline did a story an these scams and found most of them originate over in Nigeria. the government does not care if their citizens commit internet fraud. They all sit around in internet cafes since the IP is used by many people daily.

I would hope that by now people are smart enough not to send money without having the product in hand.

okay I get it. both boats are scams:o. I was thinking the post was about the same boat. hey, this sounds familiar to a boat I bid on a while back on ebay. i posted the scam here. Same scenarios; turns out it was some nut job who lives in ebays backyard out in Kalifornia.
