well, they redid our boat ramp im my neighborhood about a month ago and only made it worse. I backed the boat down it last night and before it got into the water the trailer droped into a hole just under the water and the alpha 1 hit the ground and broke half the skeg off! Im a little upset now :pissed::pissed::brickwall:

Hey, Turbot-bird is this the ramp right off hwy. 50? Just wanna make sure the same thing does'nt happen to me..When you called to complain what did they tell you.:irked:

Well I would try to contact someone about this, but 90% of the time all you get is the runaround.I had something similar happen not to my boat but my truck. It's very hard to get anyone to take blame and you usually end up even more frustrated.I would try to get the contractor to pay your damages all they can say is no.

I would look into it for sure. Few years ago I hit a spot in the road where the concrete had been cut out and filled with asphalt. It had settled and left behind about a 2 inch lip. I eneded up having two bent rims. The City ended up paying my insurance deductable. Took several months though. Also what about your car insurance?? Think it would be covered??
