dual cable system help needed

I have a 79 Eluder with a 79 Mercury 200 with single cable steering. I want to upgrade to a dual cable system. What do i need and where can i get it ?

Having done this to a couple of Checkmates, I'm going to recommend you just convert to a hydraulic system. The cost isn't much more (at least the last time I checked) and it's a simpler system.

But, to give you the list, you'll need a new helm (either a dual cable helm or a rack helm), a new cable (either a single that matches your old one and helm, or a dual cable rack system) and the bracket that goes on the outboard.
