Engine ad

Always worth the drive for the right motor. I have driven 16 hours round trip for a motor and 48 hours for a boat. (Although I probably wouldn't do that one again.)
The 115 Yamaha's only come up once and a while. People hold on to them.
 
Saw a one on Quad Cities Craigslist looks pretty good and it says the
controls and prop come with it but its a long way from you. Also says it
needs a switch box whatever that is.

Easy on the old TOP's.I've got an untouched 73 1500 on my almost 1200 lb.(new) 78 Carlson and the old girl runs nearly 50 mph on GPS.The thing will idle all day long and then get up on plane in a couple of lengths of itself.That's with an alum prop and the motor sitting on the transome.Not to shabby for a motor that the BRP Dealer where I picked it up said the reeds were shot.I've also got an 81 V6 Merc(still powerhead rated)that I doubt would push it this fast.
