I HAVE A 96 200 EFI MERCURY. WHEN IT IS COLD AND U TRY TO BLAST OFF IT BOGS DOWN WHEN IT WARMS UP IT IS FINE I HAVE REPLACED WATER SEPERATER FUEL LINE AN BULB DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS
 
i always drive my boat at least 500 meters before i get any rpms over 2500, let the motor warm up properly and it will last twice as long. ill trade you for a 95 120 force that doesnt bog out at all. lol. and maybe your running to rich, but it should be oil injected.
