Factory Interior??

I've read several of the posts regarding interiors, and need just a little clarification. Over the winter, I'm gonna be restoring my '78 Trimate and of course the interior is toast. Am I understanding it right that you can actually buy complete interior kits (with wood) from Checkmate??
 
Haftoo55 works at the factory, so he definitely knows. They don't really have anything for 70's boats as far as I know.

Ill be looking to replace the sunpad on my 253 convincor over the winter. how do you sell it just the cover or the cover, padding wood and everything? Can I just call the factory direct for info?
 
It comes with cover, pad and wood or just cover and you put it over your old padding and wood. Or instead of wood you can have it done with pro board. Pro board is a plastic material that we use on all hatches now. It is all up to you. Alan
 
hi i have a 14' sportfire thats red and gold and i was wondering where i could get the orginal seats and carpet from i got it 2 years ago and want to make it look like it just came from the factory.

call mike at the factory

the only problem will be colors
they don't use the same colors now so you have to go with the colors they have now

if you want a specific color complete or accent
buy the material and send it to them and they will take that much off of the cost

the paterns will look line the new stuff also

i got a new interior for the diplomate i had wood and all
everything fit perfet and looked great
that was 15 years ago
i have an eluder now that i am trying to get the money together for mike to get me an interior for
