Fenders and Cleats

Can anyone give me some idea of the freeboard on a Pulsare 2100. I'm considering purchasing some Taylor Made Low Freeboard fenders? Anyone tried these out yet?

Also, any comments on mushroom cleats or quick pin cleats for hanging the fenders?

Thanks

when we were rigging tige ski boats we always used the taylor made 12" "elephant nut" fender - the round bouy type - worked awesome. we always used the rex marine quick pin cleat - again awesome. if i was rigging a boat, it's the only fender cleat i would use. i think from rex marine the cleat cost me about 30 - 40 US. you can also buy just the base as well - you only need 2 pins, and 4 bases - will save you a bit of money.
