First day out

Finally got out yesterday, longest winter I can remember, most of the lake is still frozen, great long weekend so far and still have two days to go, supposed to rain today, hopefully that with some wind will take the ice out.

I was thinking the same thing, kids are growing fast. You can tell John has a good heart. Mine would have seized on contact with that ice water.
 
What was the air temp up there? It can't be warm enough for shorts, at least by my standards.
 
You and your family are hard core.......my wife and kids were freezin in mid 70's with 13mph winds couple nights ago.
