first time owner trimate

hello everyone this is my first post been a member about a week or two bought a 76 trimate 3 with 1750 merc pretty cheap in akron got her home and liked it so much that i have ripped the floor up and going to fix it up hope it works out
 
I am doing a 1977 TRIMATE III right now!

Just got the floor out this weekend. It is my first attempt at doing a floor.

Are you close to Akron? We can compare notes.

The foam under the floor was wet, clear to the bow.
 
i live in lima oh i bought the mate in akron i got the floor out all the wood was rotten and some of the foam was wet i actually bought the boat for the motor but the boat looks realy cool just needs some work i do have some pics if i have time tonight ill try to download them
