There will be a Michigan Hot Boat event at Gun Lake, south of Grand Rapids on the 10, 11, 12.......... Next Weel. Should be 30 to 40 boats from all over the state. Some years there have been 80. This is an annual event and ALL Checkmates will be more than welcome !!! Everything from alky hydro's to twin efi cats will be there. Show and shine Fri. night at a local drive in. We are taking two boats and 5 to 6 people from Saginaw, will be at the show n shine Fri. night and boat all day Sat...................

What a blast from the past. What a great lake to boat on. Grandparents had a house on that lake. I grew up boating there.

I rented 1 room at the Gunn Lake Motel, We can accomadate a couple more on Fri night, we are boating Sat. and leaving Sat night. Have a couple of things going Sun. in Grand Rapids..............
If you show up Fri night we can put you up !!!!
