Head first

Hi guys, new Checkmate owner and glad to have found this site! You guys have already helped me out tremendously. I just took in on a trade a 76 Inmate with a 351 Windsor. I started with ripping the interior out and someone put a solid piece of plywood over the original floor which was not too bad but underneath it has a rotten stringer and the foam was waterlogged. That's why I titled the post "Head first" because Im jumping right in! So thank you all for the help already and in the future!
