Sure, we love to spend money. Need some information 1st.
1, What prop are you running now? Brand and type
2, What pitch
3, Is the RPM in the running range?

With this information we may be able to help.

Give us some info like 175checkmate asked also;
Is he after more speed or better hole shot ?
How fast does he run now ?

This can get ugly..We really need to know alot of information before you spend good money on a prop that is not right.

WOW... What a GREAT wife!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's an idea... If your buying one locally, pick up a nice Stainless (say 23P - it is the most common overall for that rig)... Ask if it is EXCHANGABLE if UNUSED... That way you have something for under the tree, and it can be traded for the one he wants if needs be. That way you don't blow the suprise loking for info!

Good luck and nice gift!!!! Jim.

Gift Certificate and a picture of a ss prop. Too hard to match props without sea trials. Every boat and setup is different, especially on outboards.

PAPER or PLASTIC won't cut it!!!

Give the man some Stainless Steel!!!

Just tell the marina what your doing and if they say OK...your GOLDEN! Besides, that SS prop makes a great candle stick holder for X-mas dinner!!!
