help! lower swivel pin, gimbal ring

I am trying to take my gimbal ring off and the lower swivel pin won't come out. Potter pin is out and the pin is rusted in place. It's an 84 exciter alpha 1. Does the pin come up or fall down? I can't get to move in any direction

If the exhaust bellows is not in the way it could come out the top. Mine had to come out the bottom due to bellows being in the way. There aren't any threads on it.

Type o. Meant to say cotter pin. So its day 3 working on this pin. Propane torches to heat the aluminum, NOTHING happens. its still stuck. I don't know what to do to get this thing out. I might have to cut it out then drill the stuck parts out.
